The Cliffords welcomed five of their children through adoption. Bill is passionately pro-life and a strong supporter of the Value Them Both Amendment. He also is a staunch defender of our constitutional rights, including the 2nd Amendment, and our rural Kansas way of life.

Hold the Line in Topeka

State government is big enough, so Bill is holding the line on tax hikes and the continual push for new political pet projects and programs. He puts our family budgets ahead of government growth.

Protect Our Water Supply

A priority for Bill is maintaining a collaborative, long-term view of our water supply. A healthy Ogallala aquifer is essential to our water supply, water quality, and food supply.

Bill understands the importance of the agriculture economy and our critical role in feeding America’s families. He’s focused on opening new markets and promoting Kansas’ world-class ag products.
